Here's how the returns process works.

1. Call 800 - SHOEMART (800-74636278) to schedule a pick up


1. Fill out your return slip

This is included with every delivery.

2. Box up your products

Wrap your products in their original packaging or call us at 800 - SHOEMART (800-74636278) if you no longer have it.

3. Call for a pick up

Call us at 800 - SHOEMART (800-74636278) to schedule a pick-up time and location. Our crew can take 3-5 business days to collect your returns.

4. Receive your refund

After we check your returns, you’ll receive your refund. If you've paid by Credit or Debit Card, your refund will be credited back to your card or account within 4-15 days, depending on your bank. If you’ve paid cash, you’ll receive a Return Voucher.

2. Returns via store

Please note, you will not be able to return furniture to a Home Centre store. You can however, return your other purchases to one of our stores.

2. Visit your nearest store

Wrap your products in their original packaging and bring it over along with your return slip and invoice to any Shoe Mart, Centrepoint, Home Centre, Max, Babyshop, Splash or Lifestyle store.

3. Hand over your return

An authorised staff member will take your package and hand you an acknowledgement receipt.

4. Receive your refund

After we check your returns, you’ll receive your refund. This can take 4-15 business days depending on your bank. If you’ve paid cash, you’ll receive a Return Voucher.
